Recursive Designs

October challenge is about Recursive design. Either new or old, let's create a huge gallery of the best of them. There are so many, starting with the Hydrangea, by Fujimoto; or the Tower Flower, by Chris Palmer; and we hope to encourage you to make new ones.

When we deal with recursive designs, there is always the question of how many repetitions. Shock us with an 11-level Hydrengea, and we applaud you!

There is a bit of confusion when dealing with repetitive patterns that get smaller as we get near the center (in most cases, but not all) of the design. Some will use the (wrong) term Fractal, but we prefer Recursive Design. In short - Fractal is more about self-similarity, regardless of the scale you look at the pattern. If you zoom in on a portion of The Tower Flower, by Chris Palmer, for example,  you will only see bigger folds and not the same pattern on a smaller scale.

Yes, it is mostly for geometric designs, but creativity has no limits, and we would love to see figurative designs that answer this challenge!
